Mrs. Debbie Schindler

I thank God for the opportunity to serve God as Head of School at Pacific Christian Academy. As I begin my 47th year in Christian education, and my 9th year at PCA, I am humbled to see how God has sustained and blessed PCA over its 39 years of serving families in the Puget Sound region.

I grew up in a pastor's family, the oldest of five children. I asked Jesus to be my Savior at five years old, and have grown to love Him more every day. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education from Bob Jones University, my Masters of Education from Seattle Pacific University, and my superintendent certification in 2009.

I am truly a life-long learner!   I continue to learn, attending conferences and learning online.  I enjoy leading a group of Christian school principals in the Puget Sound region; we have a similar passion to see today's youth desire to serve Jesus.

I enjoy gardening and am an avid reader.  I spend time with family and friends and enjoy the community of believers God has placed in my life.

PCA is a wonderful second family to me!   I thrive in this culture where everyone desires to do what is best, so that each child reaches his/her full potential.

I look forward to the "more than we can ask or think" that God has for PCA. Go Eagles!!
